“飯店設計不錯，早餐也還可以。但海灘不是跟飯店在一起的，也因為太多海草沒有被清理，其實不漂亮。每天被收取美金22元的設備使用費，就算不使用也照樣收取。停車費用更是貴得離譜，自己停車一天收取37美金。記得離開前要求看看自己的帳單，因為就算你沒停在飯店車庫，停車費也列在帳單上面。”

“My family and I needed a nice room to be able to shower, store our bags and clean up for diner during a quick one day trip for my son’s birthday. We were able to get in the room an hour before check in. We also enjoyed a round of great drinks with the bartender at the nice lounge before leaving to go back home to DC. I will be returning to stay with them again. ”

“The location of the hotel is really nice, walking distance to Art Deco District and beach, but parking is inconvenient. Once you parked there, your key will be taken away and if you need to use the car or take anything from the car, you need to give notice to the receptionist 20 mins prior to scheduled time. I found it quite inconvenient, especially you need to pay 35 dollars for overnight parking. But of course, this is south beach. The room is smaller than it shows in Expedia, clean and tidy,……

“Feel that I should have been warned about lack of parking. Rate for overnight parking near the hotel was $238…OVER $100 more than the room!!”
