「Next to beautiful beaches.. how do you beat that.. And no non-sense check in and check out 」

「The room was comfortable and clean, except for the floors. The tile and linoleum were very dirty as if it hadn't been mopped adequately in a very long time. The kids area of the waterpark is very outdated as well. We throughly enjoyed our stay and felt safe on the property. Staff was easy to find around entrances, exits, and around the pools. The tiki bar was great as well as the poolside DJ.」

「I did not get the ocean front room I booked. It was old and outdated. Pools were closed and disgusting. Didn’t get to swim. Only the ocean. The balcony was rusty. No central air. The customer service was nice but I won’t stay there again. 」

「The Jamaican rooms are located in the smaller hotel. This area is under construction caution tape and workers patching up. Scaffolding pieces. My room needed to be swept and mopped used my personal wipes to clean up the floor. The kitchenette area had a big brown bug crawling around. The sink started dripping. Something bit me. I won’t stay at the smaller location but maybe the bigger tower. 」

「The property was clean, the staff was very courteous and helpful. We loved the poolside/lounging areas as well as the beachfront. It was all beautiful, clean and such a pleasure!」

「The view from our room was excellent! They were doing construction but it did not interfere with anything. It was a 2 minute walk to the beach! Indoor pool was great and lots of things for families to do at the resort! 」

「Loved the location, the staff, and the amenities available. Getting a little old though and things like toilets running and sliding doors not closing easily or smoothly needs attention」

「Some important things you have to know before booking this hotel: 1. No soundproof. That means you can hear everything from next door. 2. This hotel is dirty and old. See pictures. 3. If you have kids or old people with you, or even for yourselves, you have to be very careful about the bathroom. The floor in the bathroom becomes very wet after bath. Summary: Do NOT book this hotel unless you have to. If you have no other choices, oh well. 」
