"Chose this hotel due to location and family of 4 (2 teenagers 18/20) could fit comfortably. The breakfast was amazing and was included with room. Would recommend staying here! Service and staff went out if there way to be helpful and accommodating."

"Upon checking in, Mr. Keira at front desk was very helpful to change my room for quiet side. I was warned that the room is a little smaller than another rooms and the bathroom is unit bath. Yes, room is smaller, but it is ok. However, the bathroom is very small and not enough ventilation. Later on I noticed the door is able keep open. It’s very heavy door. In generally the room is accessible."

"The Strings Shinigawa has easy/covered walking access on one level to the train station and is close to many restaurants. The hotel and the rooms are excellent; the breakfast buffet is one of the best I have had. Just a great Tokyo hotel to stay in."

"AMAZING property, centrally located in the financial district. I take one solo trip yearly, and stay at FourSeasons. Otemachi did not dissapoint! The two hour massage was amaIng. George and Tsatsu at concierge are amazing! VIRTU is a vibe! Keith and his team were amazing. The pizza in the hotel is to die for! I will see you soon, FourSeasons Otemachi! The blackout curtains, comfy bed and heated toilets are amazing! The bath is cozy! Definitely a dream property in a magical city!"

"Everything is good. Just the breakfast starts at 7:00am is too late. If can start 6:30am will be better because come from America have a jet leg. We get up at 5:00am and Hunger but no place can get the breakfast. The last day I have to check out hotel at 7;15am and have no chance to get the breakfast. And waster my breakfast two people payment. "
