"Thanks for our stay with Hyatt Regency Hotel, I find the pillows on the beds rather small for such kings sized bed, which makes the bed seems not presentable to the eyes. The handles on the wardrobe is not practical modern looking, and the large gaps both down and sides and beneath the door, each night I placed the bath mat at the bottom of the door. The Receptionist was so warm and greeted my Granddaughter each time and took time out to engaged with her, sorry I never took her name not nice of...
