"Cute little hotel with kind staff. It was being prepared for renovations while we were here which created some commotion with the lifts and traffic in the lobby. The room was comfortable and gym was good. We cut our stay short to stay closer to the sights and the staff was incredibly gracious about the change. Thank you for having us!"

Neighborhood was mixed (very working class London), but we had zero issues and as a single female I felt safe walking around). Breakfast was Continental with hard boiled eggs, yogurt, pastries/bread, fruit, cheese/meats, cereal, juice, tea and coffee. "

"For a budget hotel I was really impressed by the cleanliness and the customer service. I booked the double room although I went solo.
