“The property was very quaint and perfect for what we were looking for. The restaurant and bar are located within the convenient store on the very front of the property and closes fairly early.”

“Loved the courtyard pool. Very quiet. Parking was convenient. Spa was hot. The pool area was unique and felt like a park. The breakfast options were limited but ok. The air conditioner in the room kept the room very comfortable. I also loved meeting Miss Thing the hotel lobby cat!”

“The toilet in my room did not work at all, when I let the girl at the front desk know(she was actually sitting in a sofa watching tv and playing on her phone in the lobby) that the toilet in my room did not work, she said “maintenance has left for the day, he will be back in the morning, but I will let management know” never said, let me put you in another room or anything. Then when I checked with the night shift staff, as I ended up leaving at 3am, the other girl had never even passed on that……

“It was a nice clean home with essentials for a 2 night stay during our fishing trip.”

“The picture was looking good but actual was not. Inside the Hotel was smelling awful and the room as well. They didn’t make my room at all. Went down the receptionist and she said the person who cleans the room was not showing up to work. Asked for the towels and they said you have to bring down the old towel in order get the new ones. It was terrible how the hotel ran the business as far as managing their staff. Not recommended for other to stay here unless have no other choices.”

“Era la primera vez que nos íbamos a quedar en ese hotel, la atención en la recepción fue muy descortés , y luego fuimos al cuarto que nos asignaron, no pasaron ni 20 minutos desde que nos dieron el cuarto el cual parecía aparentemente limpio lo cual no sucedió, luego revisamos el baño y sólo le funcionaba el agua caliente. La cafetera tenía un filtro para café , el cual parecía de muchos días , el microondas estaba lleno de moho. Mi esposo fue a la recepción a que nos cambiaran de cuarto , por……

“Room had a sour smell and noticed the sheets and blanket on the bed had a sour smell, like they were left on the washing machine too long then placed in the dryer. They brought just sheets we had to change them ourselves and they didn’t even remove the sour sheets from our room. Not a pleasant stay this time will be finding another place to stay when I return.”

“The room was clean and the staff was very friendly the other guests were nice and quiet it was a great experience”

“The rooms smelled bad one smelled like cig6 and the other just had a weird smell.”

“Comfortable to stay”

“Our door had a large gap at the top, the comforter had cigarette burns in them, and there was a water leak from under the sink. We asked the front desk if we could switch rooms and he told us “well, it’s an older hotel, what can you expect?”. Our bathroom door did not actually latch close and with four adults sharing a room we had to go on the honor system.”

“This is the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed at. There were roaches all over the hotel, mold in the bathroom, carpet was wet, no electricity throughout the room, except for the bathroom”

“The place was wonderful, the staff is so warm and inviting. We were concerned with the travel to and from French Quarters, but the peace and tranquility we got when we got back to Elsa’s place made it more than worth it. This will be a place we will stay often”
