「The lobby smelled musty, as if there was a flood. Our room was clean and nice but the bed, once again, was awful. This was our second visit this spring but will probably not return because of the beds. The front desk staff was spectacular. She’s a keeper!」

「Let me start with the property was fine. The room was fairly clean, at least as clean as my own house. The bed was big with lots of pillows and while not the best mattress, firm and comfortable. I was able to change the HVAC easily for my needs. TV remote gave me some issues but I figured it out. Breakfast, especially the coffee, was PHENOMENAL! Best hotel breakfast I've ever had! Coffee machine is fantastic! Now...I did have one issue....Checking in was a nightmare! I called multiple...

「This property is in great need of upgrades. Although we booked a non-smoking room, the room smelled terribly of smoke: So much so that our clothing also smelled. There was no flooring in the hallways, and the shared spaces were very dirty. The room had hair everywhere, a filthy bathroom, and very few amenities. The breakfast was the worst I've ever experienced with Coolaid being the only drink option. I was embarrassed that I had chosen this place for my extended family. I could go on and on...

「Check in was seamless. I was booked from Friday to Sunday. The next day for some reason my key as well as my friends key to her room stopped working at noon. When we went downstairs to get the issue fixed there was no one at the desk. We stayed and waited for over 30 minutes and no one came. We ended up leaving. We came back hours later, and waited another 30 minutes for someone to show up at the desk. There is a paper that sits on the desk that says “if no one is at the desk please call this...

「Great front desk staff, breakfast was ok, not the greatest but not the worst either. Nice clean room however, beds were not comfortable and the pillows felt like resting your head on concrete, will not be staying again.」
