“No air conditioning, front de rude.”

“Our comforter had a big rip in it, and for some strange reason they did not have blackout curtains on first floor, so with light on at night, you could see right in and we were by the pool. I spoke with guy behind desk, and offered nothing, and I left a day before checkout, but still paid. Rest of staff were nice”

“I was surprised how modern, tasteful design is this hotel, clean with comfortable mattress, breakfast was okay, very warm water in swimming pool, just wish the depth of water will be more than 3.6 ft. Overall I will switch from Mariott to Comfort Inn in future. All staff there are very caring and nice.”

“Room was in need of an update; bathtub shower was dangerously slick. Pool was nice although heated water was still somewhat chilly. Having a lounge was nice, but the cooler did not chill the beer. Breakfast wasn't very good-cold eggs and sausage. We understand the facility is going through renovations, but we decided to shorten our stay by a couple days. Staff was courteous.”

“The room we got is facing the street. Very NOISY! Room stinks! The detergent hasn’t been washed up. I was choking and coughing at night! The fire alarms suddenly started to beep every 20-30 seconds. Based on my experience, the battery was gone. And when I call the front dest, they sent a stuff member to my room and just removed the fire alarm! Is that proper?”

“The ice maker did not work the entire stay. The handicapped access to the front door is blocked by planters. The breakfast omelet was cold. The TV remote did not work. The remote has a button for Netflix, but Netflix is not available. The microwave in the room was damaged and dirty.”
