“I had a very disappointing experience at HSR Gil. Our stay started poorly when the first room we were given had an ant infestation and we had to request a new room immediately. After moving rooms, the guests next door began shouting at us from their balcony and banging on the shared wall. Instead of addressing the situation, the hotel called our room and threatened that we could be removed and that the police might be called, even though we had not caused any disturbance.
