「SUCH A CUTE PLACE. Clean, has AC, lovely staff, amazing location- close to everything, very good pricing, has WiFi, has parking. No complaints! Will definitely come back here again. Just a heads up, “breakfast included” is just coffee/ OJ and a bread/pastry basket- everything else for a fee. Overall highly recommend.」

vorrei segnalare l'ottima location ma sto ancora aspettando di ricevere indietro un oggetto di grande valore affettivo.
Mi è stato comunicato di averlo ritrovato ma ho chiesto più e più volte di riaverlo indietro a mie spese senza esito.
Trovo questo comportamento inaccettabile e vorrei una risposta in merito.

「Sargassum is really bad, beware, but nothing the hotel can do about it. Bathroom walls could use some scrubbing, but it's and industrial/rustic vibe to it. Check in was fairly easy - we didn't do breakfast every morning, but pretty sure we were charged for it, regardless. Breakfast is not on premise - it's at another hotel and has a few options, but you can only pick one, not a breakfast bar or buffet, but a small plate. More like a breakfast snack. You'll definitely need to seek lunch out.」

「We stayed on the main floor and it feels like it’s our own house on the beach. Luckily no one was around so it feels very nice and private.
The 3 bedrooms with their own bathrooms were wonderful for layout and the common rooms of kitchen/living room and dining room were great for all of us to spend time together. The beach view was wonderful but the sargassum just ruined the experience as we couldn’t use the beach at all as there was so much weeds on shore and in water despite the staff hauling...

「What an amazing stay we had! It was wonderful. The place was so beautiful and had many pools on the first floor and the rooftop. Staff were super friendly too! Shout out to Raul from the snack bar, he was so kind and accommodating. Will definitely be booking with Smart Depas again!」
