“Everything was great, room was clean, easy check in and out. Only downside is if you get any towels dirty (with marks that will easily come out in a wash) they charge you for it. Are they not washing towels in between uses anyway? Other than that was a lovely stay. The cook at the snack bar was excellent. ”

“Highly recommend finding another place to stay in Coba or elsewhere. This place is clearly gearing up to be sold. Almost no staff around, and limited service. We booked this hotel to use the complimentary bikes and access to spa services as provided in the description when booking as we wanted to bike to the Coban ruins. They did not have these, so we decided to check out the next day. The front desk manager, who had no idea of anything going on, checked us out and said we would be refunded……

“UMi was a fantastic couples getaway. Even with the beaches in Tulum being hit with heavy sargassum, their staff was consistently raking and removing it so there were no interruptions to our experience. The property was amazing, the Ocean Front Master Suite was perfect. The hotel staff was friendly and always available to make ordering drinks or food easy. The staff confirmed restaurant reservations for us before our arrival. Food was great - the included breakfast was phenomenal! UMi's……
