“We loved our stay at Jungala!! The suites are roomy, spotless, tastefully decorated with almost any amenity you would need. The service was impeccable. We had access to the grounds & pools of the other beautiful hotels within the Vidanta complex. We would definitely choose to stay here again on a future trip to the Riviera Maya! ”

“Im not gonna nitpick. Overall my 4 night stay was excellent. Staff was polite and courteous, the coffee in the lobby was good, room was clean, and the breakfast was good. Really close to a 7Eleven and OXXO, 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach. I would stay there again if I return. I didn’t use the pool upstairs so can’t review that. The bad; it might be a bit noisy at night with people walking the shutting their room doors and being close to a lively street. ”
