「Friendly and accommodating staff. Johan went out beyond to make sure our group of 7 had what we needed, helped our group with dinner reservations as the app was hard to navigate and book dinner for a group. Nice pools, we only hung out in the big pool that had activity’s and music. But the chill out pool and swim up bar would be a nice place for someone who likes it a little quieter.

「Day beds and loungers by beach and pools were abundant and clean. Rooms were big and bright and clean. Room service was excellent. All staff from gardeners to concierge were friendly, polite and helpful. 5 stars」

「This is a small well run beach hotel - we stayed in a bungalow right on the beach it was cosy clean and generally fab. Half board - the food was very good like being in a restaurant with no corners cut. The staff were always cheerful abd helpfull
We would happily stay here again and recommend it」

「A perfect place to relax - massages were excellent and food is equally as good. Ziggys dinner was not that great- fish under cooked and shrimp soggy and when we mentioned it to the waiter he just said “sorry” and never offered to take it off the menu. It was expensive and. It worth the price. breakfast at both restaurants were excellent. Fresh everything! 」

「Ein exzellentes Erlebnis vom ersten Moment. Man fühlt sich direkt herzlich Willkommen. Das Team an der Rezeption war hervorragend! Das ganze Personal war nett und zuvorkommend. 「Staff was absolutely outstanding. We did the snorkeling sea turtles excursion with the cenote cave swim the tour guide guides were very professional, and I highly recommend this excursion. The beach was very clean. The property was very clean. The restaurant were great and I definitely recommend this resort. We will definitely be back.」

「My stay at Shibari was wonderful! Staff were very professional, attentive & courteous. Check-in process was simple. They were able to check me in early. The room floor seemed like it wasn’t cleaned that well but the room and view was so beautiful it took the focus away from it. The cenote and restaurant area were amazing. Food taste amazing, a bit overpriced, but the taste, service & staff compensated for it. The fitness center can use some attention. 」
