「Excellent location, close to most scenic spots and restaurants. The hotel seems to be in a preserved building and has a very good vibe. The interiors are not well maintained, a lot of places need to be repaired and clean. The bathroom is very small and not ventilated. Overall, the staff are friendly and helpful. 」

「A hotel contained in a typical Quebec City old building. As the price is not high, you will get what you expect from this price. The hotel is situated in the old town. The things that I don't like is there are no reception at the hotel and you have to walk to the sister hotel across the street for check in. There is no indication for that and I have waited at the door for awhile of how to get into the hotel.」
