「Very clean, but maybe because it was a casino hotel it always had a smokers smell to it. Seemed like they used air fresheners or cleaners that were super strong to try to cover it up, but the scent was very old school and pleasant. The carpet in the hallway was bunched up and almost caused us to trip several times. No microwave in the room and only one on each floor. You cannot get breakfast until 8AM. The sweet lady working the deli type restaurant had to take the order and make the food...

「The front desk staff was extremely polite and helpful! I gave a 3 star only because when asking the housekeeper for a garbage bag, she said she didn’t speak English. As I walked and pointed to what I needed, she replied “one or two? Ok thank you have a good evening “ then she rolled her eyes at me when I was just trying to do HER a favor.」

「My stay was great! Everything I needed was in reach, the rooms were comfortable. I really love the lobby area as it has a nice street view and is really relaxing. The process for check in was seamless, the front desk person was professional and courteous.」
