“The staff and service was excellent. Very attentive and positive attitude and fun service. The activities process was confusing and were cancelled last minute, that was a little disappointing and can be improved. We had the all inclusive package and the food and drinks were good.”

“The grounds and convenience of this hotel are great. They have a shuttle every hour to take you into town. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Alliot and Anthony at the front desk were so helpful and welcoming. The only thing is some of the rooms are a bit dated. Scuffed up walls, old black out curtains. The bathroom is also very small.”

“The property was everything I was hoping for. It was beautiful, quiet, peaceful. But what we loved most was the amazing and hospitable staff that was so friendly, and eager to make us happy at any time day or night. We really loved the uniqueness of the bungalows and appreciated the natural beauty. We did NOT want to stay in a conventional high-rise hotel - and Ocho was the perfect blend of luxury with natural beauty. Very convenient and could walk to all of the great restaurants!”

“I really enjoyed my stay at this property in Tamarindo. It’s perfectly located—close enough to walk to everything, yet far enough from the main drag to avoid the noise. The rooms are smartly designed, with comfortable beds and pillows, and the place has the feel of a newer, well-maintained property.
