“The hotel is easy to find and close to York famous city walls. The room is not too big but enough for single traveller. Reception lady is kind and offering help with my big luggage upstair. ”

“這間酒店的員工服務殷勤，盡力耐心協助解決住客問題，地方舒適，自駕泊車十分方便。多謝 reception Alyse 耐心解決我的泊車要求和努力解決等的晚飯訂單事項。這裡的餐廳職員都很有禮貌、笑容和盡力提供協助，餐廳很舒適，這裡英式食物做得很好，晚餐我食了Homemade PIZZA 和 素菜意大肉丸意粉，Pizza 做得非常好吃，意大利粉十分咸，換了新一個都是十分咸，因為tomato sauce 原本已是一分咸。總括我很推薦這間酒店，再來York 都會繼續使用。”

“Staff were very helpful especially carrying our bags to and from our room. The room was very clean and the bed was soft and extremely comfortable. The room was in the basement and there are steps but they are broken up not continuous so weren’t too problematic for some one with slight mobility issues. The music and noise from the bar ended at 11pm and we didn’t experience any noise from outside or other guests. ”

“This room was spacious and clean, and within close proximity to the train station, bus stop and dining options. I would recommend this property and would stay there again.”

“我們住雙人房，吹風機熱水壺一應具全，衛浴設備也十分乾淨；入住前後也有免費的行李寄放，十分方便。唯一要注意的是，整間青旅沒有電梯，大行李需要自己搬上樓。”

“No housekeeping after request was made, trying to ask me extra fees, no telephone in the room , super slow WiFi even pay extra fees”

“地理位置很好，旁邊就是大教堂，從火車站過去只要向著大教堂方向走就很容易找得到。接待態度很好，離開房間需要交下門匙，另外窗關不了，早上6時開始就會很嘈吵，但還可接受。沒有風扇或冷氣，下午熱得很，但晚上就還好。沒有電梯，要搬行李上房。”

“住宿还算比较舒服，卫生也还算好。停车方便，去市中心乘坐公交也很方便。”
