“This is my go to hotel for my business trips to Charlotte for years. But after finding out on this trip that there is a "Destination" fee per night, I will need to rethink my future stays . I am saddened by this surprise fee that was never there before in all the years I have stayed at the Westin. I was informed that this fee provides the guest with free attraction passes, a small credit for food at the hotel restaurant, enhanced WI-FI, elite green juice. I don't understand why/how this fee……

“Staff at this place were friendly and courteous. The overhang for the entrance of this hotel was damaged and hanging so there was construction repairs going on to address it. “Loved the property and the amenities. It was immaculate and when we asked for several things, like a second key and more coffee, the response was quick and professional. I was traveling with my newly graduated son and the two bedrooms were ideal. From my viewpoint, the check-in process was confusing and extremely detailed. “Check in process was seamless and instructions were very clear for a virtual check in/out. Amenities were 10/10. We got lots of space for the amount we paid for it. Same price as a hotel room, but we got a whole 1 bedroom apartment fully equipped with a refrigerator, washer/dryer, pots and pans and a full kitchen. It was 95 degrees outside during our stay and the AC definitely gave the heat a run for its money. The location was super close to downtown/everywhere we traveled (within 5-10 minutes)……
