"This Four Points was surprisingly exceeded my expectations. The buffet was amazing - so many options. Just the coffee station was abit not so accessible from different areas in dining room. You had to walk thru tables. Samui in housekeeping was extremely accommodating to our needs and was very helpful with around the city. Olivia and Louis at front desk was amazing. They definitely accommodated our stay with their beyond service. Shuttle bus service was great! Takes you to airport and Citygate Outlet Mall and to the MTR trains. Very convenient!"

"Clean, friendly and helpful staff. Outdoor pool was nice. Walking distance to explorer's lodge. I just wish there's microwave inside the rooms but other than that room was great and comfortable beds. They clean up everyday."

"The washroom waterproof mat is stained , shower head is not function that I had to kneel down for shower, cannot find the room’s lights switch is and the humidity at corridors is too high because of the machine is too small to functioning. Frankly, this is my first time to live in this hotel and I am very disappointed to it☹️ "

"The breakfast was not fresh and did not have many options for consume and it did not exceed my expectation. Although the staff provided fair service but I asked for 115V adapter to charge my devices and they did not provide it. In addition, the room condition was awesome and super clean and the air condition was working pretty good too and I could not complaint about it. "

"The hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful. We loved looking at all the little details in the decor. The park shuttle was very efficient and comfortable, we did walk to the park a couple of times which took about 30 and was a really pleasant walk. "
