「Overall the resort is nice and worth the stay. Very clean and staff was also very good! Janna was amazing at making sure we had everything we needed for our stay and updated us with daily info. The food was okay. Now for the don’t likes 1.Swim up pool is move of a walk up cause it doesn’t directly connect to the room like other hotels which I paid more to have and wasn’t really worth it 2. The pool closed at 7 and the swim up bars closed at 6 which was terrible being we were on the adult...

「En la habitación 2417, a menudo escucho el sonido del limpiador de al lado moviendo sillas y camas por la mañana. El sonido es muy fuerte y el piso no está insonorizado, lo que me despierta. Además, el limpiador no lee el Señal de perturbación que pongo en la habitación y entra directamente, es muy ruidosa, nos despierta de nuestros dulces sueños. Los hoteles deben capacitar al personal de limpieza para que sean cuidadosos con las sillas y las camas, no las arrastren violentamente y presten...

「The common areas were amazing, but the rooms were a little dated. I believe the hotel and the surrounding area are still recovering from Hurricane Maria, however, so it should only get better with time. Can't say enough about how friendly and helpful the staff were!」
