「This place was wonderful. We’ve stayed at the Reunion Resort for the last 5 years, however, these condos are fairly new. We traveled here during the gov shut down in late March and after a nightmare at airport, it was a fresh breath of air! I had reached out to their staff because our flight was changed and we were arriving super late so I wanted to give them a heads up so there would be no issues upon our arrival. I was sent to the main lobby of the resort by the guard shack to be told at the lobby that my information was not in there system since Expedia uses a outside rental company to manage this property ( not explained anywhere in my communications thru Expedia).
