“The room was great. Plenty big enough for two couples. It was clean and well appointed. The front staff could have been more helpful though. We didn’t know we had to book a mid stay cleaning until I phoned to see when they were coming. We had no information packet in the room which could have informed us of this. ”

“I had to call an after hours phone number to get my access code because they didn’t send the email over I was told to wait for. I was sent to the main lobby of the resort by the guard shack to be told at the lobby that my information was not in there system since Expedia uses a outside rental company to manage this property ( not explained anywhere in my communications thru Expedia). I get that email a week later with a completely different number than what I was given. The unit has old worn out……
