「Everything was perfect. I would just recommend a few things for the hotel 1. Have water stations by pools. It's very hot and we shouldn't be waiting in line for 10 minutes just to get water 2. You need more staff around the bar if the hotel is busy. I shouldn't wait 15 mins to get a drink. 3. The water in the pools is very cold and wasn't too enjoyable. 4. There should be more beer options on the all inclusive menu 5. The restaurants in the hotel should be accepting guests based on empty spaces...

「Fantastic family stay at Mitsis Laguna. We're a family of 4 and we spent 5 nights at the hotel. The facilities were fantastic and the food incredible. We enjoyed the activities: tennis, ping pong, water polo, darts, evening entertainment and had a really nice time. The only things to potentially improve: (1) the room balcony was small and could only fit 2 people (2) there is one water slide - which is already nice. But having more than one and slightly larger slides would have been even better 」

「I love this resort. It provides availability of food almost any time. For a sleeper like me getting up late and having food ready this is a plus. Two major pools to relax and easy access to the beach from the complex. Food is good and tasty. The staff are is very friendly and attentive. Annabelle Resort is a place I can come back. 」

「The resort was beautiful! The food and staff were amazing. We had an 6:30 am early morning transfer to the ferry the day we checked out and they opened the kitchen and had breakfast waiting for us at 6 am The only thing that wasn’t ideal was the Paraiso Party garden was located next to our room and since we had an early morning transfer, the music made it very difficult to sleep - that would be my only recommendation for not staying in a room nearby the party garden. 」

「Hotel was great, location is amazing as its close to everything. Food was average. Selective vegetarian options. Dining area gets full very quickly so you have to wait to be seated. Room service was good in terms of cleaning but make sure you lock up your valubles in a safe place as i found one of the cleaners in our room when DO NOT DISTURB SIGN WAS DISPLAYED. I did mention this to the reception and was apologised. Otherwise the hotel was a great stay. Had a very good room with a private...
