Download speed 4.65 Mbps/ upload speed is 7.89 Mbps. Things not in working order include: the rear storm door has no closer; the keypad deadbolt lock only operates properly if you lift up on the door knob while locking/unlocking it; the front storm door screen is torn; the mail box is just leaning against the house; there is no...

「Neat older home with great detail. Beds were not very comfortable. Overall it was good for our 2 night stay. James responded quickly.」

「We had a great stay at this home in Buffalo. The space was beautifully decorated with thoughtful art pieces throughout, which made it feel warm and inviting. There was plenty of room to spread out, and everything was comfortable and well laid out. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others visiting the area, especially with a group!」

「We were only there overnight. Clean, in a good neighborhood, close to the falls and restaurants. Shower leaked water from the head and was too lose to take a shower. Beds were comfortable and slept well ( but had been up 24 hours traveling so was very tired). Our quiet time was 10 pm. One bedroom was noisy with a child upstairs yelling and swearing at his video games. Owner and son stay upstairs. Our nice vehicle was parked along the road as expected. The owner came out to water a small tree...
