The place is 100 years old at least but the interior has been remodeled and is modern in all areas with central heat, AC, a very modern kitchen, combo washer/dryer and all sorts of amenities. I rarely used the kitchen but it has just about everything you could want. There are four levels which means there are a lot of stairs. “Great location and house! Check in was easy. Kitchen had everything we needed. Water pressure upstairs was a little low but there is a shower downstairs. Could use a towel stand in the upstairs bathroom. AC vents sound like a shower running when blowing. I found it to be great white noise. No TVs in the bedrooms if you need one to sleep. Great stay-would recommend it and stay again. ”

There was ample space, however with so many things amiss this stay was challenging. We will not be back. First off, when we arrived it was a hot day and management did not set ac at a minimum so it was too hot in the house and took hours to make it comfortable. There was also a broken door jam so a bedroom door would not close. How could this be……

“I was looking for a comfortable place to stay with my son and his friends who were playing in a nearby volleyball tournament. The house was just as described and had everything we needed for cooking in, relaxing outside, and grilling. I was very pleasantly surprised with the neighborhood in Phoenixville. Bridge Street, a short walk from the house, is open to pedestrians only on weekend evenings and had lots of nice shops, restaurants, and live music. There are plenty of cafes all around the……
