"The hotel is in a very convenient location, right in the middle of Center City Philadelphia. The room was clean and the hotel staff was friendly. Keep in mind that the rooms here are economically sized, so if you’re looking for a hotel room that has lots of room for you to wander, you may wish to consider different hotels. This is a great hotel if you plan to use it mostly to rest while you spend most of your time exploring the city."

"Pros: we checked in late that night and the system was down, but staff was sfillvedy helpful and polite. Upon entering the room, there was a scent that was overwhelming. Each time we reentered, the scent was present and did not go away. It smelled of some sort of body or hair product. We booked a one bedroom.suite with a pullout full size sofa bed. The wear other couch was very apparent. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean. When we went for breakfast buffet, it was towards the end 9:30am and it got very busy. Howver there was not enough staff ok standby to help with the mess and spills on the floor. I even witnesssd a teen slip overfhe oj. It took af least ten minutes for someone to.come and mop it up. Overwallthe location was convinient, the swimming pool I'd say was very cloudy but fun for our kids. The hot tub was nice and warm. Paying $250 a night was over priced for what we received."

"I don't remember the guy's name at the bar on Saturday night (23 May 2026), but he was awesome! Drinks made to perfection! As far as the staff, they were very helful during check-in & check-out. The room's were clean but extremely small and tight. There was not enough outlets located in the right places in the room. It reminds me of a dorm or barracks room. Not enouigh storage space on/around the sink. The beds were small and not too comfortable. I would stay again if traveling alone, but not with others in the same room. And parking shouldn't be $59 per night!"

"DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY. We have reported it to Expedia and VRBO. W had no check in instructions, upon arrival the door was unlocked and the host was inside seemingly not sober and disoriented. House was in shambles. Very scary and dangerous for my family and demanding a refund."

"Great for one person. Felt like lots of room. Full size stove, fridge and big microwave. Would be a great stay for a week or longer. There are a couple of deliveries near by. I wish I had taken advantage of the public transport especially the trolley. Lots of foot traffic and action late at night."
