"The check in process was NOT optimal at 4 pm, which opens the check-in time. There was one person working at checkout, and doing his very best despite issues with your computer system. I think it would be more acceptable during busy times to have >1 person available at the desk. "

"I typically don’t stay at hotels wits rating below 8, but the price was in my budget so I booked. I traveled by public trains and a bus to get to the hotel, about one hour from the center of the city. Hotel is decorated in, in my opinion, in a lower rate motel style. Unfortunate since it was neat and clean and rooms was modern and spacious, but still I felt that lobby and hallways could bd modernized. Very convenient bus and trains schedule to get around and you are right across the street from a large supermarket. All in all, I didn’t mind the travel time but would have preferred a closer in hotel with more modern decor. I was a very good value considering that closer in hotels were double the cost."

"I arrived very late. At checked in, the customer service agent noticed my reservation was for the next day. He checked the room rate for that night, it was close to $1K and suggested for me to check online since I still have 10 minutes before midnights. I did managed to get a room at a similar rate to my other booking. I really appreciate this agent’s effort to assist me through this process and also allowed me to have the same room for the next block of reservation which started the following day. The hotel atmosphere is vital and warm. The room is spacious, upgraded and artfully designed. The room and bathroom is very clean and well maintained. I will definitely return to this hotel next time I am in the area/"

"I did love the property and did love the point that it was not that many steps to go up to the unit checking in was super easy and the place was clean and actually the sofa bed was actually bigger than I expected to be the only thing that may throw you off a little bit is the area if you're not used to like the hood environment that's the only thing that might throw you off about this place but besides that everything else is wonderful"
