「Le déjeuner et la piscine était parfait, j’aurais aimé un mini-réfrigérateur dans la chambre à coucher, d’autant plus que la chambre était grande et spacieuse et il y aurait eu de la place pour un mini-refrigwrateur, raison pour lequel j’ai mis 4 étoiles au lieu de 5 pour la catégorie des « commodité »」

「More than anything, I am thoroughly impressed with the kind of hospitality they provided. I usually don’t write reviews but this I decided I have to. We were there for an overnight and next morning had to leave early. Breakfast was included but we were leaving 30 min early, we were waiting in the lobby and they asked us to have breakfast and when we said we don’t have time, they gave fresh fruits of varieties. 「Nicely situated a short drive from La Fortuna and the Arenal volcano park. The on-grounds farm was a nice extra. Great variety of pools, hot springs, and jacuzi. Morning breakfasts had nice variety. Staff was wonderful. 」

「Room was basic, hot water was sporadic. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was good. I imagine the views are amazing, unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate with us. 」

「Our little lodge was so romantic and cozy. Flush with the natural flora. We saw hummingbirds and parrots daily from our balcony. Daily included breakfast was delicious. Convenient to our excursions, shoppings, and restaurants. Highly recommend. 」

「It was just extremely dated it looked like the Flintstones designed and decorated it. The pool could be nicer and better tbh, however the view was incredible!! I also believe they can have a nicer and indoor breakfast area; especially because it rains a lot and it was wet and out in the open. 」

「We enjoyed our stay at Monte Real. It was a very quiet and relaxing atmosphere to return to after a day of adventure. The room was clean. Breakfast was very good and we enjoyed the location of the restaurant, beside the river that runs behind the property. Staff were very friendly and professional. We would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay in La Fortuna at a reasonable price. 」
