「I had 2 rooms for my stay and both rooms were clean and looked great. The front desk staff and the lady cleaning the kitchen area were sweet, patient, and courteous. My family loved the breakfast options both days. My children used the pool but they didn’t stay in long. Overall, we loved it! 」

「Staff helped me by printing out the Ohio University parking pass I needed for the next morning since I forgot it at home (4 hours away) I was so grateful. The room was clean and prepped. I had issues with the TV and figuring out how to get it connected to the streaming services, but I never asked for help - I'm sure staff would have helped. For the price, this was the best place I could have chosen to stay for the night.」

「This is a good choice for people on a budget. You won't get a fancy breakfast, but you'll get a clean, decent suite at a reasonable price. My only gripe that the wifi is sometimes weak, which might rule it out for business travelers. If you just want a decent room, though, then this is a good choice. 」

「This is our second time staying at Jesse's property. He has made multiple improvements to the home since our first trip. The Wi-Fi has been upgraded and worked wonderfully! Just having access to the hot tub is 100% worth it for us. The kitchen has plenty of cookware, silverware, plates and cups. He has included hand soap and dish soap. The improvement we were most happy about is the walkway that was added from where you park to the porch. We will definitely be booking again!!」

「If you’re desperate and need a place to park, there’s a good slab of cement for you. People definitely permanently live here in their campers too, and their arms length away from your spot, so be prepared to make some friends….the owner stopped replying to me so they don’t get a great review. I was looking for a place to camp, not a place to park, so please if you’re looking for the same thing, this is not it. I arrived, laughed, and left. Didn’t even get out of my car.」

「We did not get the traditional B&B experience - this house is owned by a corporation and no one lives in it. That being said, there is an easy to park in (off-street) parking lot, the bed was super comfy, everything was clean, breakfast was delicious, the shower had good pressure, the tub was big, and the hot tub was clean. If there aren't more than 2 people in the hottub the water isn't high enough so the jets shoot you occasionally and the outdoor light didn't work. Other than that it was a...
