Fairmont Banff Springs Gold Experience
The bathroom was very small and disappointing for a Fairmont Gold room. It felt cramped and basic, not in line with the premium experience advertised. For the price, I expected a more spacious and well-designed bathroom.

Douglas Fir Resort and Chalets
We were surprised to be short a couple of bath towels and had a broken light, but we are happy with how quickly these issues were dealt with. The outside hottub could probably be a degree hotter.

Otter hotel is a beautiful hotel located at the beginning of the Banff strip. The hotel itself is clean, cozy and awesome. However, the staff were unfriendly and lost.
