Clean, sleek, well designed duplex villa.

"They gave me a late checkout (2 hours extension) for no additional charge. Staff tried to talk in English with me, and was very helpful. Breakfast was amazing also, and very cheap! The room is very spacious. Some things seem a bit old, and the red light in the bathroom did not work. But it was a nice stay, would probably do it again in the future!"

"Rent the bikes at the front of the hotel! Kyoto is a bike able city and this was amazing (cost was 2,000 yen/day.
Room small by North American standards but efficient and nice. Bed very comfortable and bathroom nice.
Had breakfast (25$ pp) buffet - was great.
Strongly recommend buying coffee and bread in bakery in the lobby. Divine. "
"This hotel is nicely tucked away on a smaller side street. It was very clean and quiet. I highly recommend the breakfast they offer, as it’s very good and filling. Walking distance to the Yasaka Shrine and a few JR/subway stations."
