「This hotel was absolutely amazing. The spa was wonderful, the staff were professional and friendly. The food was excellent as were the cocktails. The waiting staff were attentive but not overbearing. The building has been renovated to an extremely high standard but it is still full of character and class. Wonderful. Thank you. 」

「Very helpful and friendly and clean. Very reasonable price to stay for the night in Bournemouth, Would definitely recommend the lodge if you are heading to Bournemouth. We went to see a concert at the pavilion, only a 15 minutes walk back to the hotel. 」

「Staff were brilliant. On arrival the lights in my room didn’t work which I reported and the issue was resolved really quickly The rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was lovely.. Would definitely recommend this hotel..it’s a little tired in places but it didn’t affect tue overall stay at all 」

「Over the years my family and I have stayed here many times and I’m happy to say that the high standards we have previously experienced, are ongoing. Excellent staff, great facilities and a fantastic breakfast. Sadly we didn’t get a chance to use the pool and leisure facilities due to our own busy schedule, but next time we will be sure to plan less and do more! Keep up the good work all at the Connaught. 」
