"Clean room, staff was so nice on night shift, parking was good, heater did not work in the room, so they moved us to a second room and that heater didn’t work either. Breakfast was more like a big continental, plus make it yourself w/waffles. "

"Everything was good but they did shut the breakfast down at 8:40 instead of 9 and they ran out of coffee. "

"This property was very disappointing. When we first got to the room the door was extremely heavy and automatically closed. More on that in a moment. The room was very spacious, as was the bathroom. My husband recognized, early on, that soap was missing in the shower. We were able to catch a couple ladies from housekeeping and they provided a container of soap. However when one lady started to place it on the holder, she discovered that the holder was broken, so we couldn't use the liquid soap. One of the 2 ladies then noticed that we had no dirty laundry bag, so they provided that. We realized that the room was a handicap-accessible room, especially when we took showers. Water was everywhere in the bathroom. I threw down a hand towel to use as a bathmat. We only had 1 other hand towel. I wore flip flops and still slid in the bathroom. The water situation, added to the heavy door, would, in my opinion, be disastrous for someone who is handicapped. It would have also been nice to have had additional bathing items, like towels, bathmat and washclothes. We had none of the latter. Like I stated, I was very disappointed in the Hilton corporation. I expected much more."

"It was fine for one overnight stay, Breakfast was a joke coffee cold everything else cheaply done and I really don't expect much. Exercise room closed. It's a bed and that's all"

"The room was just mid, but most annoying was that the bathroom pocket-door would not close -- there was something stuck to it that appeared to be a wad of wet toilet paper (yuck!), too. The floor did not appear to have been vacuumed well in our room either. We almost didn't stay, but it was only for one night. In the morning, we went downstairs for coffee only to find that there was none in the breakfast area. We were sent to the lobby to get coffee, but that had run dry, too. The staff was lovely and apologetic and offered to get us coffee if we waited a while, but we checked out and went to Dunkin Donuts. I don't think we will stay here again."
