“飯店位於山上，地理位置偏遠，但是環境跟戶外景色令人難忘，絕對值得住一晚，飯店內部裝潢很溫馨，飯店櫃檯人員有禮親切，英文溝通能力良好。飯店早餐非常豐盛，選擇相當多。晚上附近沒有餐廳，要開車到附近的小鎮用餐，我們當天是用走的來回，慢慢 走一趟時間大約花50分鐘。整體而言住宿經驗令人相當滿意，所看到的美景讓人感動，永生難忘。”

“Editory is a great hotel. Located outside of Funchal, it was easy to walk to restaurants and shops. The location has a resort-like setting, and is very quite. We had a room with a balcony, which was nice. Our room was very clean and well appointed. The gym is small, but you can get a decent workout (cardio + free weights). Breakfast was good and had enough selection for most people.”

“Wij vonden het heel fijn dat het een "kleine" accommodatie was, met veel persoonlijke aandacht voor de gasten. Zonder uitzondering was het personeel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Bij de omschrijving was het duidelijk dat er bijvoorbeeld bij het zwembad geluidsoverlast was door het verkeer.
Een grote plus voor ons was het zoutwater zwembad en de tuin.
Ontbijt & diner waren goed! Voldoende keuze en afwisseling. Bij avondeten (gelukkig) ook voldoende groenten.

“Die Unterkunft ansich ist prima, gutes Frühstück, freundliches Personal, schöne Zimmer (nur wenige Verstaumöglichkeiten für Kleidung) aber großer großer Minuspunkt ist die Lage. Es gibt ausschließlich nur Parkplätze, die man bezahlen muss (12€/Tag) und überall sind Obdachlose, die nach Geld fragen. Selbst auf den Parkplätzen wird man umringt und nach aufgedrängter Hilfe beim Einparken nach Geld gefragt. Wir mussten unser Zimmer wechseln, was kein Problem war, da unser Zimmer durch die……

“The hotel natural estate was beautiful, the grounds were in there own gardens , the staff very friendly , everything so clean and helpful. Everything was exceptional. The restaurant was very interesting and good , breakfast was so delightful with all the fruits and choices to eat. It is a 5 star excellent hospitality. The outside pool was lovely as well as indoor spa. Not hot but refreshing. ”

“Das Rauchen auf den eigenem Zimmerbalkonen war nicht erlaubt ohne, dass dies zuvor bekannt war. Das Personal war im Allgemeinen nicht hilfsbereit und man fühlte sich bei Anliegen als Belastung. Die Zimmer sind gut, aber in die Jahre gekommen. Die Balkontür schleift (übrigens bei allen Zimmern). Der Kleiderschrank ist eine Zumutung, wenn man mehr als eine Person ist (Schiebetürendilemma). Die Türen schlagen und hört man über den ganzen Flur. Die Stimmung und Atmosphäre gleicht einem Hauptbahnhof……
