“Receptionists and other staff are friendly. The decoration is good except the ventilation of the bathroom is poor. Location of the hotel is good. You can get there by metro easily and may find many restaurants nearby.”

“I had a big luggage when I checked in and the staff saw it and helped me to lower the floor I was supposed to stay. Otherwise, I had to carry my luggage to third floor. I booked a single room, the room is tiny but had everything in it. It’s very comfortable and suitable for people who travel single. The location is perfect and the service is perfect. I don’t have a reason to not recommend this hotel to whom is traveling to London. ”

“Everything is good except the bathroom. The water will splash out of the shower area and the floor of the bathroom became wet. It would be better if sliding door was installed for the shower.”

“The hotel is right at the corner of a busy street and above the metro. Excellent location but very noisy (you can hear ambulance siren all the time, because it's across the street from the University of London's hospital.”
