“I landed at 7:55 a.m. and arrived at the hotel around 11 a.m., yet check‑in was only available from 3 p.m. Dragging a 29‑inch suitcase and a 24‑inch suitcase together with my three children, I felt utterly frustrated — why is check‑in not until 3 p.m.! Then the property manager came over. After talking with me, she allowed me to leave my luggage in the storage room so I could take the children out for food. She was really kind.
When I returned after 3 p.m., I collected the keys and got into the……

“這間酒店的位置很方便，距離火車站非常近。然而，房間的設施維護與清潔狀況令人失望：
窗簾無法完全關上，影響遮光與私隱。
房門玄關近浴室處的地墊是破損的，觀感不佳。
衣櫃裡的浴袍明顯發黃，衛生狀況令人質疑。
浴室內的潤手霜瓶蓋無法擰緊/關好。
整體而言，地點確實優越，但客房保養與清潔細節亟需改善。
The hotel is in a great location, very close to the train station and extremely convenient. However, the room condition and housekeeping fell short of expectations:
The curtains could not be closed properly, affecting both privacy and light blockage.
The floor mat near the entrance and bathroom was torn/damaged.
The bathrobes in the wardrobe……

“You would expect a little more from a 5 star hotel but the check-in process is not very welcoming… we are a family of 3 with a small child plus two big luggages… when we arrived, no one offer a hand to move the luggages up the staircase to the main reception area… in fact, no one is there… so we have to move the heavy suitcases ourselves… the check in is relatively quick but the staff is cold… so it’s quite unpleasant to begin with… we decided to have dinner at the Fitz’s but the table they……
