「The hotel is in a very central location. However, there are many homeless people in the city, and the streets smell bad. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I experienced internet issues on my floor, and they were unable to resolve them; however, I was able to use the lounge for free instead. The rooms are quite clean and do not have carpeting.」

「We had a terrible and horrible experience. We booked for a 3 day stay last June 9-13,2026, ( temp averages 90-100) with my family including a 7 yo kid and a senior. The unit has no working AC. I informed the management and asked to send someone to check the AC. No reply.. sent messages again and demanded to give us another unit with working AC if he is not sending someone to check/fix the AC. With no AC working and high temperature on those days we barely can sleep and started to feel sick...

「Good and clean hotel, and helpful staff. Good proximity (15 min walk) to Universal Studios Hollywood. Everything is good except that there's no food outlet available on-site, but they do provide complimentary drinks/coffee/tea. There is also a bus stop (Cahuenga/Barham) just right outside the hotel with a bus (222) going to/from Hollywood Boulevard in only 10-12 minutes. Great stay overall!」

「This boutique hotel just re-opened. Everything is very chic and squeaky clean. It was very lightly booked when I went so the staff were incredibly attentive. They're still working a few bugs out, but everything was pretty smooth. For example, there weren't instructions on parking, but when I arrived, I called their number.
