“No communication from the host regarding check-in. Booking was automatically accepted. There are no check-in instructions on the listing page, and after calling and texting the host, I got no response. Messaged them in the VRBO app as well, no response. Fortunately we were able to get into the residence because the lockbox containing the key was improperly closed. No television in the residence, the beds were INCREDIBLY firm, and the children's bed frames were broke in the middle, so if you sat……

“Perfect house for our 2 week stay. Rooms spacious and clean, garden lovely to spend some time in. The pool wasn’t clean when we arrived but this issue was soon explained and resolved. Bernard was quick to respond and resolve any issues arising during our stay. The only downside was the lack of instructions for when and what bins needed putting out and as a result we missed the black bin collection on the first Monday. However we loved our stay in this beautiful home and stunning neighbourhood!”

“The one bedroom apartment was located in the basement of a large home in a good neighbourhood. It was nice to have a private entrance on the side of the house. It was a cute apartment and nicely decorated. However, it was not properly cleaned. The floors weren’t swept well enough. The bathroom was definitely not clean enough. There were small hairs in the sink and the shower drain was full of hair. The toilet did not flush properly. I messaged the owner but there was no response. ……
