"My heart is full of gratitude to all your staffs. Not only for going extra miles to arranged the shipment of my lost cellphone bag that I left in the room upon check out and also for your quick respond when my daughter got high fever during our second night when I requested for a thermometer. We felt very safe and cared truly during and even after our stay. it was a long journey for us as first time tourists , physically exhausting , but you made everything worry free and luxurious for us. The high end amenities and complementaries were always checked and refilled daily. "I wish I read the instructions folder in my room with all the facilities available. Lots of help items the hotel can supply. You get 2 bottles of water a day with new towels every day. The iron board which square and just a flat board was a challenge. Great view from my room I was quite high. Lifts go 8th floor then you need your hotel card in the other lifts to reach your room. Amazing location and checkout was my fastest ever. "
