"The room was large and had a great view. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great! The location of this hotel is really perfect. I was so easy to get to many parts of the city either by walking or taking the Waterloo station which is a short walk from the hotel. "

"The staff were excellent, room clean and Wi-Fi great. The only issue I had was with the TV it kept glitching at times, which was very annoying if you are watching a programme. Hopefully they get this sorted as it ruins the hotel experience."
