“A very beautiful old Victorian building kept up well and very comfortable. My room was on the 3rd floor so Eric and Lucas generously toted my suitcase up and down for me on their suggestion. Close to the Royal Britannia yacht attraction, Leith water walkway and an excellent Indian restaurant. Co-op right across the street, free continental breakfast items available to guests. Bed was very comfy and shower was excellent, quiet location and can't say enough about how friendly and helpful the……

“We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean with comfortable beds. The bathroom had been redone at some point and was nice. There was a slight problem with our room before we got there, but the staff had it all worked out before we arrived. It was also right on the bus route which was convenient.”

Since the check-in process is entirely self-service, I ran into an issue when my key set did not include the main door entrance key. Fortunately, a staff member was available to assist me; otherwise, I would have been locked out.
