"Breakfast had many options that were good. They even were great with dairy allergy and finding/making fresh alternatives for us. Staff is friendly and efficient at their jobs. The room could have been cleaner; there was hair on the floor in the bathroom and dirt around one of the beds. We let the room service in on our second day so they could clean and they only kind of made the beds ( I say kind of, because I had to find the fitted sheet and pull it all the way up after they made the bed) and gave new towels, and emptied trash cans. They didn't vacuum anything or wipe anything down. Other than that, our stay was good, loved the buses to get to all the universal parks. "

"Hotel relatively new, just over a year, so everything in good shape. Room was very clean, staff all friendly and helpful. Liked the room layout a lot--had a small kitchenette and the enourmous TV set up was FINALLY DONE RIGHT! TV swivels so you can sit on very comfortable couch and watch, turn 90 degrees to watch from kitchen/dining or 180 degrees to watch in bed! You are not forced to sit on a horrible chair or crane your neck!! This neighborhood a bit odd--right in the middle of everything Brazil, just FYI. Had to UBER every day to get to convention center, but we still liked it."
