“The staff that check you in/out were so sweet and helpful. They were very quick to answer the phone if calling from your room and were happy to answer any and all of my questions. The shuttle they offer on property was a bonus for me because I didn’t realize it came with one when booking! The communication with the shuttle driver was also 10/10 and she always made sure to pick up/drop off at the time she scheduled and if she was there earlier she would just send a message. “Great Location, Nice Staff, I didn’t like the fact that you have to pay extra to use certain amenities like the beach chairs to sit and lay on the sand. (Other resorts I been to didn’t have those extra fees) . The service was great but the food didn’t taste that well.. I had the 1 bdrm king suite on the 3rd floor and the room was great with a small kitchen was was fine.. The only thing I didn’t like was the view for an (oceanfront) stay.. My view was literally facing the roof and ac vents and……

“I booked a Deluxe Oceanview room and the front gave me a room overlooking the front hotel entrance! I went back and complained, She said you get a partial view if an Ocean view room is not booked directly through the Hotel. After complaining she gave me what she said was the last Ocean view room . The sink hot water handle didn’t work and the refrigerator defrosted twice on the floor during my 3 day stay.”
