“This apartment is small but the way the host has arranged it makes everything very convenient. It’s in a great location! Really loved it-especially for the price! Only issue I had was carrying my suitcase up the stairs but that was just a slight inconvenience. ”

“We were delighted with the apartment at 25 rue Beranger, Paris, with a few concerns.The apartment was large, roomy, clean, perfectly located near a busy area near transportation, restaurants, and other eateries and yet set off so it wasn't too noisy, exactly as described on the VRBO website. The kitchen was fully appointed, containing everything we needed to store and prepare meals. The physical location was beyond outstanding, with a grocery store (Monoprix), and a boulangerie (Brocco’s) just……

“Très bien situé (metro) et peu cher; par contre, un peu sale et très mal équipé : même pas une table pour déjeuner ou prendre le petit-déjeuner, pas d'étagère pour suspendre les vêtements ; deux chaises, dont une cassée ; pas de télévision ; pas de micro-ondes ; sur les trois serviettes, une était vieille et effilochée… Nous étions trois adultes et nous n'étions pas à l'aise. De plus, l'appartement était négligé. ”

“Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits à 4 adultes. Apparemment bien équipé bien qu'on ait mangé à l'extérieur tout notre sejour. La 2eme chambre, il n'y a que le lit qui rentre(cf photo). Bonne litterie.Appartement calme sauf quand les voisins de la copropriété fument en discutant à la fenêtre. Pas de bruit de circulation car arrière cour. Commerces de proximité. A 20min à pied de la gare du nord. ”
