「The prooerty was just as describe in the Marais area. Bey close to St. Antoine and walking distance to most sites of interest In a very quiet area and secure building. The only issue wa that when taking a shower the watet would overflow in the bathroom」

「Gorgeous and spacious sanctuary in the heart of the Marais. Shopping and restaurants right outside the door, but a fully equipped kitchen if you want a night in. Two full baths also a huge plus! Wish we could have stayed longer! Would give ten stars if I could!」

「We stayed for four nights. The property entrance is off a charming courtyard garden, off a quiet lane, off a narrow quiet street. I was woken up by birds, not car sounds. It's a ground floor, but quite bright. The kitchen/living area is not huge, but it's a long L shaped apartment, so the bedrooms are separated from the kitchen. I could get up and hit the boulangerie around the corner at 7am and not wake up the kids. And they could stay up late and not wake me up when I went to bed at 9. There...

「Little studio very comfortable with all the necessary to live. Near metro, bus stop, supermarket. There is also the concierge. Mr.Afifi is available for every request/help. I strongly recommend this studio!! 5 beautiful days.」

「The place was very dirty and there was an ant infestation as well. The check in process was a nightmare as the management company left everything about check in until the very last minute, and provided an out of service number at the time of booking, where they could not be reached. I had to escalate this issue with no resolution. I complained to them about various issues upon arrival and got no response until the night before my departure. Extremely unprofessional and disgusting place to stay....

「Séjour magnifique sur Paris, avec le beau temps en plus 🙂, Mme Blandin et son Époux sont des Hôtes très accueillants, toujours prêt à rendre service, le studio est petit mais fonctionnel, retiré de la route, on est réveillé par les Oiseaux, très agréable. Si on revient sur Paris, nous séjournerons certainement au même endroit.. 👍」

「Studio apartment with loft, three beds, kitchen, bath. Nice location in the heart of the Marais. Close to everything. Note that "reception 24/24 and 7/7" means that you can set whatever time you want to check in but you must let them know what time you will be there to meet them. They aren't there 24/7 like a hotel.」

「We stayed here for a week in November. It comfortably fit three adults. The location is fantastic and it is amazing to find an apartment in Paris on the ground floor. It was equiped everything you could need and was also very quiet. I would definitely stay here again! This is a rare find」

「After a week long cruise around the British Isles, we came to a Paris to visit some friends. The property was perfect for our needs. It was definitely a struggle to get 2 large suitcases and 2 carryon bags up the stairs the night we arriver, but it was fantastic after that. The owner had everything labeled and a fantastic book with all the details, both in French and English, which was so helpful. It’s more off the beaten path than I originally thought, but it is very close to the metro....
