「Not a fan of the hydrotherapy circuit at the spa as they move you around like an assembly line. Not used to that as I thought I would have more time. Felt like I was on the clock. Bear in mind, I understood the need for it. Other than that near perfect resort.」

「Staff is very friendly, it is clean, services are exellent, the only thing I did not like it is not so good condition under the water on the beach - a lot of grass, otherwise everything is excellent.」

「En la habitación 2417, a menudo escucho el sonido del limpiador de al lado moviendo sillas y camas por la mañana. El sonido es muy fuerte y el piso no está insonorizado, lo que me despierta. Además, el limpiador no lee el Señal de perturbación que pongo en la habitación y entra directamente, es muy ruidosa, nos despierta de nuestros dulces sueños. Los hoteles deben capacitar al personal de limpieza para que sean cuidadosos con las sillas y las camas, no las arrastren violentamente y presten...

「The property was wonderful. It connects to the Secrets hotel which is a beautiful hotel also. It was very clean. The people were friendly. The food was good. I had a wonderful time at the karaoke bar and the night club, and even the water slide pool. I did not love the night shows because it was too American, lots of old school rock and sad songs. I would’ve like to see more of a Dominican cultural show. 」

「Took for ever to get our room at check in, then when we got there the AC was not working and took forever to change our room went through 3 different people before we got a change of room...unbelievable!」
