「The home has a very open layout and was very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The property is amazingly beautiful with a lovely garden. At night the frogs come out and sing their songs. The stream and waterfall on the property is amazing. So serene and full of natural beauty. Do wear your mosquito repellent as they are in numbers in this area. Wish we had booked for a few more days as it was so nice. Highly recommend!」

Great shower with never ending hot water.The oversized mini refrigerator was great to have keep my bag of ice for 2 day as I we used it in our cooler during the day and refreshed it in the freezer when we returned. Kept food & drinks chilled. Hot coffee pot was well used for making hot coffee and tea.Room could use a few more hooks to hand clothes and towel bars. Bed was too soft. 「DISGUSTING-DIRTY-DANGEROUS The pictures are a lie!!
The cottage is run down, back door DID NOT lock, bedding torn, ants, with mold and rot everywhere. This place may have been nice at one time but it is absolutely gross now.
We walking in and in thirty minutes I booked another place on Expedia and we left. Contacted the management company and it took them two days to respond, of course they said the facility is in excellent condition. Lies!!
I have book dozens of places through Expedia since...

「Joe & Cindy's Luxury Oceanfront Guest House in Pepeekeo was the perfect place for my girlfriend and I to stay during our visit to Big Island. It is beautifully and comfortably designed and had everything we needed. We cooked several meals here and everything necessary was supplied. You have to check out the water view from the cliff - it's outstanding and worthy of photos and a picnic. The extremely private cottage is a short drive from Hilo and the directions and check in/check out processes...
