“Not the most convenient location if you don't really know the way and followed Google Map's instruction after dark. It's actually so close to the river bank! Also close Modern Tate and Shakespeare's Globe. No cleaning / towel change service throughout our 4 days stay. Chic ambience and huge fridge was a plus though.”

“Our stay got off to a very poor start. We were assigned a room that had not been cleaned, with rubbish from the previous guests still scattered around. A cleaning staff member apologized and said a manager would come up to take us to the “correct” room, but no one came. We were later told to return to the lobby with our heavy luggage.
When we finally met the manager, she claimed she had been waiting for us upstairs and showed little apology for the incident.
The replacement room was on a low……
