Very nice Hotel especially for the price. Mattress was a bit hard, and the air conditioning didn't work well making it hard to sleep.

料金二重徴収？

事前決済されているにも関わらずカードを切らされた、事前決済領収書を見せても理解して貰えなかった。 おまけに　1度切ったカードの取り消しが出来ないと嘘まで付かれたがさらにクレームを入れると 他の担当者がで即座にカード決済の取消をしてくれた。 教育が出来ていない者をフロントに立たせてはいけないと思う。
