"Amazing hotel and great location by IFC Mall and subway. The executive room with river view does not disappoint! The pool requires a cap so you must purchase if you dont have one. The breakfast buffet is great but slow for coffee lovers. I purchased coffee from the cafe on the ground floor and it was good. "

However, if you’re assigned a “city view” room, the outlook is disappointing—facing rundown buildings and construction sites, making it better to keep the curtains closed. The hotel is also located in a quiet residential neighborhood with limited nearby dining options worth venturing out for. The biggest drawback is the food. Across the restaurant, lobby, and café, the quality is poor (especially by North American standards). For example, a smoked salmon croissant was served completely cold—even the pastry—like it had come straight from the fridge. Overall, the food lacks freshness and flavor."
