“This is the property that i booked but i actually changed properties the second night. We stayed at the maple beach property it was right next to the beach, close to the excursion pickups/dropoffs. The hotel staff were nice, the hotel security was nice and helpful, the host is the same person for both properties he is amazing, very accommodating, very nice person, his communication is great, and he is very helpful. The property sits next to good dominican restaurants, convenient stores and even……

“The front office staff was nice. The property was horribly run-down. The pool was dirty. The window blinds were hard to close. There was no soap. The lighting was bad in the room next door, and they had no hot water in the shower.”

“The room had some cleanliness issues, particularly under and around the beds, which appeared to have been overlooked. The dining area also needed better attention, as utensils such as forks, spoons, and coffee glasses were not thoroughly cleaned and felt sticky. On a positive note, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The air conditioning functioned properly, although it did produce some noise. “The hostess couldn't find my reservation, when she called her manager who finally did find it. He told me they had no more space. After debating for 30 minutes they finally got me a room. The room had to covers and was dirty. ”

The images displayed on the website may not accurately reflect the current condition of the accommodations. However, the staff provided excellent service, and the continental breakfast was enjoyable.”
