「Staff friendly. Room clean. Bar poorly stocked. Breakfast too expensive at £24pp so ate out. Overall the Hotel is looking neglected and lost its prestigious ambiance. No Elemis products in the bathroom and room service on request. We are returning guests however judging on this stay would not recommend.」

This is a treat for our anniversary and this place is unique in its own way. We arrived prior to check in time and left our luggage at the reception and enjoyed our glass of champagne. We were given tickets to visit the Royal Yacht Britannia which we enjoyed very much.
