“Wow, what an excellent place to stay in Indy! It is close to most places that we wished to visit. The area is very lively and walkable. The apartment was spacious and well furnished. There was an ample supply of clean towels, soap etc. Washer/dryer/dishwasher came in real handy. The beds were nice and firm. The place was also kid friendly. The hosts Austin and Hunter had excellent communication without being intrusive. Overall A+, and definitely would love to stan again when in Indy! Thank……

“We spent a long weekend in Indy visiting our daughter. The apartment was exactly as described in the listing. One of the best things about the apartment is the location. There is a coffee shop on the corner and many restaurants and shops in walking distance. I appreciated the communication with Lannell. It was detailed and timely. If you stay, pop up to the rooftop for sunset. It was beautiful!”

“This little studio was perfect for us. Bathroom was tiny but floor length mirror provided ample getting ready space. ”

“Location is fantastic. Condo was decent for the price. Be aware though that the described futon is not in fact a futon but rather a wide sofa that is rather short. My daughter that is 5'5" barely fit on it. So just know that going in. The parking situation leaves you walking a block or so to and from the condo for $32 a day. An added expense that you need to consider when pricing a condo in the area. Overall, was pretty happy with the unit, but may have considered other options had I known in……
