“Staff told me I had to vacate the area because my son was too loud and the room was a mess. I was told it was extensive cleaning needed, however wet toilet paper can be swept up. I don’t mind paying the incidental fee, that was actually $250, but staff said it was $200. What I mind was being told this at 8pm. Could have called or contacted me prior to the evening. When asked if I was going to get reimbursed for the remaining night, I was told since I booked through Expedia, I would have to……

“From the moment I got there, the staff was very helpful.The young man behind the desk understood that I had diabetes and made sure to put me on the first floor closest to the office. The rooms are not perfect, but they're very good for what you need very comfortable.And I felt very safe. The staff of the morning at checkout was very kind. I would definitely stay here again.It was definitely a very good answer to a problem of traveling that day. God bless them.God bless their management. I look……

“The room was very clean and it included everything you would need including snacks, water, and coffee. It also included a bed and bowl for our pet. It was a room for pets but had no odd lingering odor. There was adequate parking and did not worry about the safety of the antique vehicle on the trailer in the parking lot The bar had nicely prepared grill food and we loved the atmosphere and the staff..The gym was small but very clean and it was nice to work out for awhile from all the driving in……

“Website showed a pool but pool was filled in, bathroom needed ungraded, breakfast was poor too little choices, room's carpet was poor, chipped area in walls. seemed dirty in general. Staff was good.”

“I had some issues prior to my original arrival. Called several times but, never able to reach the proper person to see if I could move my trip out by one day. Due to my vehicle repairs. Left several messages no call backs so, I just paid $300 for an extra nights stay into Saturday! I will be back in July for work so, hopefully things will be a lot better during my next stay. “It's understandable this is an extended stay type place and overall it was nice, the courtyard with the grills were really a good addition but it is in need of a good touch up. Chairs and couches are worn and in need of repairs, drawer missing in kitchen, little things like that. Comfortable beds, kitchen was a good addition, overall pretty clean.”
